PepsiCo Canada’s Total Rewards Annual Benefit Enrolment program conveys information about and encourages employee enrolment in PepsiCo Canada’s benefits program.
The program had undergone a recent logo redesign. Colourphill was asked to design a distinct yet consistent visual language for the program that would engage three different employee audiences and strengthen internal culture. Over a 2-month period, we designed, managed and produced time-sensitive materials for the multi-phased campaign that included of postcards, posters, Read-Me-First newsletters and enrolment guides as well as an interactive, 32-page PDF guide to detail in the extensive range of benefits offered – in both English and French.
